Our regulatory status and authorizations
EuroFiducia SAS is a simplified joint-stock company (société par actions simplifiée) registered in Paris, France, providing cross-border digital investment services to residents of France and Italy and other eligible European jurisdictions.
EuroFiducia operates within the European Union's financial regulatory framework, including:
The AMF is the French financial markets regulator, responsible for protecting investors and ensuring orderly financial markets. EuroFiducia's activities in France fall under AMF supervision in accordance with the French Monetary and Financial Code (Code monétaire et financier).
The Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution (ACPR) supervises banks and insurance companies in France and ensures financial stability. EuroFiducia's banking relationships and payment services are subject to ACPR oversight.
The Banque de France, France's central bank, oversees monetary policy and financial stability. French regulated savings products (Livret A, LDDS) are governed by the Banque de France and the French state.
The Commissione Nazionale per le Società e la Borsa (CONSOB) is Italy's financial markets regulator, ensuring transparency and investor protection. EuroFiducia's activities in Italy fall under CONSOB supervision in accordance with Italian financial law (Testo Unico della Finanza, D.Lgs. 58/1998).
The Banca d'Italia, Italy's central bank, supervises banking and payment services. Italian government bonds (BTP, BOT) and savings products are governed under Banca d'Italia oversight.
The Unità di Informazione Finanziaria (UIF), hosted at Banca d'Italia, is Italy's financial intelligence unit responsible for AML supervision. Suspicious activity reports are submitted to the UIF for Italian operations.
Client assets are held in segregated accounts separate from EuroFiducia's own funds. In the event of EuroFiducia's failure, the Fonds de Garantie des Dépôts et de Résolution (FGDR) provides deposit guarantee coverage up to €100,000 per depositor per institution, subject to conditions.
Italian investor protection is provided through the Fondo Nazionale di Garanzia (National Guarantee Fund), which covers deposits up to €100,000 per depositor per bank, in accordance with EU Directive 2014/49/EU.
Under MiFID II, EuroFiducia provides services across EU member states under a passporting regime. Our services to Italian residents are provided under the EU single-market passport, with notification to CONSOB as required.
EuroFiducia is committed to achieving the best possible result for client orders. Our order execution policy takes into account price, cost, speed, likelihood of execution and settlement, size, and nature of the order. We monitor execution quality and review our venues regularly.
We maintain a conflicts of interest policy to identify, prevent, and manage conflicts that may arise between EuroFiducia and our clients. Where a conflict cannot be avoided, we disclose its nature to affected clients before acting.
